Vitally important issues MUST be addressed in the next term of Council. Among the most urgent are:

Beach ownership and access; Environmental protection & Assuring good governance by Council of township organization and management

Make decisions based on ALL of the available facts
Work to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective, efficient and economical manner in order to keep taxes low.

• For six years prior to the 1997 election, I was municipal affairs monitor for the Wymbolwood Beach Association;

• Life Member: Huronia District Hospital Association; Member: Board of Trustees, Huronia District Hospital; Physicians Recruitment Committee;
  
  
• Tiny Township – Recreation Committee, Historical Heritage Committee;
  
  
• Military Service: R.C.A.F., 4 years: Navigator, Intelligence Officer
  
  
• Postwar employment; Sales Representative, American Hospital Supply Corporation, New York City & Long Island; Wellesley Hospital-Expansion Programme Coordinator; Kingston General Hopsital-Director of Medical Services Administation (the #2 administrative position); Lawyer - sole practitioner

It is time to end the bickering and dissension which has existed for too many years on Tiny Councils! Good positive and objective leadership by council, which is fair, and which is seen to be fair, will be an important factor in restoring unity and mutual understanding in our community. It will also result in good personnel practices in our municipal organization.
